I work around the clients schedule, accept major credit cards. I use a Moisture Detector to find hidden moisture problems also check for carbon monoxide. Also offer a 48 hour EPA Radon Detection. My report has digital pictures to show any problems. The report is narrative ( just not labeled OK or not) emailed that day and the report booklet is mailed out the next. I have a Supra Key, so I can have easy access to the house being inspected. This speeds up the procedure without having a real estate agent to let me in.
